    Taping with Southside Studios has been a TOTAL game-changer for how I approach self-tapes. Shannon has so many ways to help you nail exactly what’s required, while making you feel completely comfortable to express yourself the way YOU would do it and have fun… which is what it’s all about. She knows the craft inside and out and I know she genuinely loves working with actors to bring out their best. The all-hours service has been a lifesaver for me on last-minute tapes (including an online session in a tricky time zone while I was abroad.)     Shannon the shark as I like to refer to her, is so script savvy it's almost scary. She disects text like a surgeon and breaks it down into bitesize chunks. Honestly, she's like a super computer. When she said she'd have to charge me, I did think fair enough because what you're getting is a highly intelligent mind and also an actor who understands how to relay information easily whilst making it fun and engaging. Worth every penny!

    I had the pleasure of winning a self tape session with Shannon through 'Accent Games UK'. We talked about a tape I'd just done because I thought I'd missed something and couldn't put my finger on what. Shannon gave me such incredible notes which are directly transferable to future tapes and auditions. It was an insightful, valuable and fun session and I'll definitely be back for more!
